Guests will have access to all areas of the house. Private parking, private swimming pool and terrace. Nothing is off limits.
+ INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The only interaction with my guests is in the reservation process for the most part. But I am always available for questions or comments at any time and I welcome feedback. Our intention is to be certain our guests are happy and comfortable. Flor, our housekeeper is a wonderful resource. She knows the house very very well and she gives tremendous assistance to all of our guests. We also have a house manager who handles anything that may come up regarding the villa. PVPM is our local management company and they are responsive and available for our guests at all times. Their contact info is in the villa to use when needed, however, we always send the information to our guests before their arrival.

+ GETTING AROUND
Downtown is located about 5 minutes by car or you can also walk to town along the beach in about about 45 minutes. Many guests take a taxi from the villa to town, as rates are low. There is parking on our property behind an electronic gate. We have a service to pick guests up at the airport and return, which runs about $50 depending on number of people. The beach is located at the bottom of the hill we live on, you can walk there in about 15-20 minutes.
+ DINING AND GROCERIES
All guests are served a continental breakfast is included every morning; our housekeeper is a great cook. She can prepare a larger breakfast, lunch and dinner as well, for an additional charge. More details on request. Our guests take advantage of ordering groceries to be delivered preceding their stay. It's much more convenient having your groceries at the villa as soon as you arrive, there is a charge of $30.
+ ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AND NOTES
Casa Montaña includes WiFi, an alarm system, purified water, and A/C through out the property. We have a terrific speaker in the living room, made by Harden Karmen, which connects via bluetooth to your phone or ipad.
